All MyUS Shopping orders ship to your MyUS member suite in Sarasota, Florida, and we will notify you by email when your items arrive. Your MyUS suite is a powerful online shipping platform that allows you to:
- Manage your MyUS Shopping orders, as well as orders from other US and UK online stores.
- Select from a variety of fast, affordable, and reliable international shipping options.
- Bundle multiple orders into one shipment to maximize your savings (Premium and Business memberships only).
First, decide how you want to shop. We offer two ways to access US stores:
- Search and browse Amazon, Walmart, and eBay products on MyUS Shopping and add items directly to your MyUS cart.
- Let MyUS Buying Assistant buy products for you from virtually any US store.
Once you’re done shopping, check out and use your international payment method to place your order. We'll let you know when your order arrives at our facility, and you choose how and when you want it delivered using your MyUS online account.

Please note: some stores have policies that restrict MyUS from placing orders with them directly. Click here for a list of stores.
Sometimes your order may be cancelled if an item is out of stock, unavailable, or backordered by the store. We may also cancel an order or item if there is a significant price difference in the item cost, or if export laws prevent the item from shipping to your country.
If this happens to you, we will automatically refund you for the cost of the items plus any shipping costs. This refund will typically show on your original payment method within 14 days.
We always do our best to give you the sale price. If a product is being offered at a discount, we will make every attempt to add the sale price directly to your MyUS cart. While we do not currently accept coupons or promo codes issued by the store at the time of checkout, if a discount or promo code is available when we process your order, we will apply it and refund you the difference in cost.
The time it takes for your order to be delivered to you can depend on a few different factors:
- First, the order must arrive at the MyUS facility. This could take anywhere from two days to weeks, depending on the store’s shipping policy. Any delays in shipping from the store will also delay your MyUS Shopping order.
- It takes up to two business days for the MyUS team to log in your packages, not counting Sundays or Holidays. We will send you an email when your order arrives in your MyUS account.
- Your order will be sent to you based on your MyUS account shipping schedule, which may be automatic, hold, or a planned shipping date.
