First decide how you want to shop. We offer four ways to access U.S. stores:
- Download our Chrome extension and use it to add items to your MyUS cart with one click
- Download our mobile app for Android or iOS and browse stores for products, shop the MyUS Marketplace, or use MyUS Buying Assistant.
- Browse products on the MyUS Marketplace and add items directly to your MyUS cart - no download needed.
- Use MyUS Shopping Buying Assistant to shop from virtually any US store.
Once you’re done shopping, proceed to checkout & use your international payment method to place your order. We bundle your items and send them to you in one, single shipment!
Sometimes, we cannot automatically add products from a store website to your MyUS Shopping cart. When this happens, the ‘Add to MyUS Cart’ button does not activate in the browser, returns an error when clicked, or does not load at all. If this happens to you, try using the MyUS Shopping Buying Assistant to manually add the item to your cart.
Sometimes your order may be cancelled if an item is out of stock, not available, or backordered by the store. We may also cancel an order or item if there is a significant price difference to purchase the item, if the item is too heavy or large, or if there are export laws that prevent the item from shipping to your country.
If this happens to you, we will automatically refund you for the cost of the items plus any shipping costs. This refund will show up on your original payment method typically within 14 days.
We always do our best to give you the sale price. If a product is being offered at a discount, we will make every attempt to add the sale price directly to your MyUS cart. While we do not currently accept coupons or promo codes issued by the store at the time of checkout, if a discount or promo code is available when we process your order, we will apply it and refund you the difference in cost.
The time it takes for your order to be delivered to you can depend on many different things:
- First, the order must arrive at MyUS. This could take anywhere from 2 days to several weeks depending on the store’s shipping policy. How long it takes for your order to arrive depends entirely on the store. Any delays in shipping from the store will also delay your MyUS order. Keep in mind we will hold all the packages in your order until it is complete. This allows us to efficiently repack and combine your purchases into one box, maximizing your savings on international shipping.
- It takes 1-2 business days to process your order after all the items in your order arrive, not counting Sundays or Holidays.
- It is estimated to reach you in one to 12 days after it leaves MyUS, depending on the ship method you selected at checkout.
If you choose Manage in My Suite at checkout, your order will be sent to you based on the shipping schedule you have selected on myus.com.
