Looks well-made
I haven't tried these yet, but they look like they will be easy to use and do what their designed for. I especially like the different levels of resistance and how portable they are. I ordered the purple since it's my favorite color and will inspire me to use them.
Quality, Sizing.
I got this a couple of months ago and I thought I'd come back to right an update/Review. When I first got it it came in a cute traveling size bag which is great. I should also say I'm a dancer and I use these for my feet as well as strengthening. The light and medium was a bit to easy so I manly used the heavy duty one but after like a month it snapped sadly. They are way lighter then I was hoping for, but the size is great and if you don't use them everyday and for what I use them for they are great!

Resistance bands
Set of three with different thicknesses. Great for floor exercises after pt. Come in a little bag to keep them together. I start with the thin band and work up to the thick band. Very strong and durable.
These bands are OK
They are not the same quality as I get from my PT. By that I mean they have some smell, they seem really heavy (the same color from PT is vastly different thickness and stretch) and they are hard to tie to make loops for various exercises.
Great set, Know this about the resistance level:
I recently started doing physical therapy again and needed new bands because my old ones have been sitting around for too long and were snapping really easily. This set has worked great so far. ⚠️ Just keep in mind that the lowest strength band in this set is still stronger than what the usual 'thin' band may be, in my experience. As in it's the lowest level in the pack but it's still got a pretty decent amount of resistance. It's worked great for me and where I'm at, but if you're looking to totally start from scratch for something you may want to find something thinner and more beginner friendly.

They work!
I used the bands for resistance. Whether I’m working out on the floor or jumping in a mini trampoline for my arms stretches. The resistances makes me feel like I’m getting more of a workout. Different colors for more challenge.

I think these are pretty good bands. I’ve had ones that were thinner than these. I bought the longest ones because I know they don’t last forever, so I can use different parts of the band at different times so not to use the same area over and over. That way, I’m hoping to get a longer life out of them ,,,,,,, fingers crossed.
