Why did you pick this product vs others?: this is a great cool tone lippie. cool tones are very difficult to find. this one is great. i have this one and 041. i bought them during a prime sale, and both are wonderful. they don't turn orange, and you also get a lot of product. they seem to last a long time as well

A win for sure!

Picture 1 is directly after application, picture 2 is the next morning, 14 hours, food, drinks, talking, kissing, and sleeping between the two. I know I didn’t take my makeup off like I should have, but this was for science!! And y’all did it deliver. I had been eyeballing these lippies for at least a year, probably much longer. I finally decided to buy and try a couple out! I ordered #18 & #28, and was pleasantly surprised. First, you get quite a bit of product. I’m not sure how they’ll work once you get down to the bottom, but I don’t expect to get there for quite some time. The color payout is nice, you don’t need to apply for a nice look. The color is mostly opaque, but it’s a great color with soft edges. It does not offer crisp, hard lines. I like a more defined Cupid’s bow, so I used the tiniest bit of lip liner in a complementing shade just on that part only. I did not line or fill my lips entirely, just two little bumps right at my Cupid’s bow. The two shades blended really nicely! They feel so soft and creamy, not glossy or sticky at ALL. They don’t “stick” the way other liquid lipsticks do, but the feel is incomparable. When I say they don’t stick, I mean you could maybe rub your fingers over it and get a smidge of color, but not enough to destroy the look. And after a little bit, they just don’t budge- clearly. Anyways, I highly recommend these and personally I can’t wait to try more! I was not offered anything for these reviews, I’m just a makeup artist of 25+ years really happy with this product!!

Nice color but…

Goes on easily, feels nice and even has a nice scent. However, it lasts me half hour to 45 minutes and then the color is gone! I thought maybe it was just fluky the one time but every time I’ve worn it it’s gone and it’s not convenient to put in the purse to do touchups. Glad I didn’t buy several colors as originally planned.

Great Coverage!

I purchased this color because it really came closest to Cliniques Dif lipstick Tenderheart, but hard to find ($$$, too!) *It took some getting used to, but glad I bought it! I also tried #28. That was too purple for me, BUT I found that MIXING #25 + #28, I got a really great color! + it LASTS!!! I wouldn't say it lasted though a meal, but most all else! It's such a great $, don't hesitate! 😁

Confused, honestly …

I purchased this after seeing it won “Best Lip Ink” for Allure’s Beauty Awards 2024 and in my opinion, I’m confused as to why. I do enjoy the packaging as it’s very different than anything else on the market and it is a nice, light, “fluffy” texture. I found the shade to be way off from what it was supposed to be and it was SUPER messy applying, maybe it was me but who knows. I found it didn’t apply nicely and I spent more time cleaning it up than anything. I also found that it didn’t stain my lips, transferred and was easily removable.
