This massager is intense!

Wow! What a nice product. This massager is intense. Vibration, shiatzu massage, tapping massage, compression and heat are all part of the suite of features this thing has. Provides an extremely deep massage or a light massage. Wired remote control allows you to customize the massage to your personal preferences. Powerful enough that you can put your full weight on it and get a deep tissue massage that is as intense as you can stand. This thing is no lightweight! I've put it thru all the paces and even overloaded it with my body weight (225 lbs) and it never missed a beat. My family uses this daily Very pleased with the product. There is really only one drawback: 1. it is designed for persons 5" to 5'9". Doesn't mean it won't work if you are outside that range, it just doesn't provide full upper back coverage. I am 6' and it doesn't really get the upper shoulders because I am too tall. That being said, it still does a fabulous job. I knew the range was outside of my height when I bought it, but gave it a try anyway.. Not disappointed.

The massager chair length is high/long, fits comfortable on neck around 5'9 or higher. It is easy and quick to use also to travel or store. It can stay in the box for storage. Works great with a recliner chair. You can feel the heat, massage settings on back and neck area, squeeze inflation, and vibration settings on the seat or bottom.

Worth every penny!

UPDATE: We have had this 3 years now, and it still works great! I will pull it out of the closet, and it will get used by everyone for about a month or so. Then I’ll put it back away, and then a few months later, get it out again. Everyone gets excited each time, all over again! 😂 Earlier review: This has more functions than I even knew about! We have had this for about a week, and everyone in our family is using it or fighting over whose turn it is. Pros: The neck massager can move up or down to adjust to your height. It really rolls deep on each side of your neck. I can easily tilt my head either way just a little to chose a direct spot massage. The back massager can be set to upper back, lower back, both, or just spot in an area you choose. The back massager can either be shiatsu or just rolling. Air cushions adjust and squeeze to your size, and can be two on at once, just seat, or just sides, or none. The heat option, just amazing. The massager really gives a deep massage, it really feels great. The back of the massager is stiff and sturdy, and sits properly in our recliner, so it’s not just floppy like I was expecting. Being in the recliner, it has added an addition option! Cons: It turns off by itself after about 15-20 mins, then I have to reset it to the combination of modes I like best. There is no way to program your favorite mode. This chair is not made for short people. I’m 5’3”, lowest the neck massager and lower back massager reaches is too high on my neck and back. However, I fixed that by sitting on a folded pillow. My husband is 6’1”, and the neck massager fits him great. He has to use the folded pillow to really get to his lower back. You also have to be sure you really are scooted into seat to really reach the lower back massager deeply, with or without the pillow. Sometimes I would like just the neck massage only, but there is no option for that. The back massager must be on at all times, although with it being able to adjust, I usually just put it on rolling lower back to keep it at a minimal massage. Overall this massager is worth every penny!!! Our family loves it and I can deal with the few cons. We did the extended warranty. The quality seems really good, but you never know how long these kinds of things last.

Daily muscle massage prescription

I'm 5'7" and my experience with this chair has been quite expectional. The massage rollers on the back hit all the way from the lower back to just under my shoulder blades. The neck massager hits the shoulders basically where my neck connects to my upper back. The massagers do a really great job of working out the knots and kinks in your back and upper shoulders. I like that the massager rollers are rounded because they do feel comfortable when pressing against your muscles. There are several different settings which you can choose which setting feels best or works the best at massaging your muscles. The chair is really comfortable to sit in and with the air seat it's like it hugs you inside the chair and gives you a comfortable, stable feel while sitting in the chair. The heated back setting is amazing. Heat just feels good and relaxes your muscles and it works really well when combined with the massage rollers. The seat base has 3 vibration settings but I didn't really care for that sensation on my butt and legs. I just really appreciated the massage part of the chair because I work a manual job and when you work that type of job it feels good to give your muscles a release by massage. As sad as it is to say I feel manual jobs can take a toll on your back at times and with this chair is gives your back comfort and release by working your muscles. I also feel that if you deal with stress or tension in your upper back the massage rollers in that area can help loosen that tension. My husband, who is 6’4”, says that the chair is a little small for him, like he doesn’t use the air seat because he’s a bigger person but the back and neck rollers work well for their intended purpose such as massaging the large part of the back and the upper shoulders but not quite to the neck (too bad the neck rollers couldn’t move up and down like the back rollers). Overall I'd definitely recommend this chair. It's like your daily dose of muscle relaxation and relief.

Great Back and Neck Massager

The media could not be loaded. This is a great back and neck massager. You can use it on a deep chair or couch as well. Our chair was not that deep so it worked best with the couch. This does not include anything shoulder related but it is also not being advertised as a shoulder massager. We had bought a full body massager from them, which is great for shoulders, legs etc. It is great for pain relief specially back pain because you get two options rolling and shiatsu. These go up and down which puts just enough pressure to help with the pain. You can also choose if you want to have the heat on or off. There is also neck shiatsu massage (no heat here) and it has one setting. The vibration effects is really good as well you can choose the intensity of the vibration. The compressor feature is also a nice add one but we loved the heat and shiatsu massage more. You also have a remote pocket so you can nicely put away the remote when using it. The heat also has one setting but it was enough hot to make you feel comfortable so it is not a deal breaker for us. My father-in-law said it really helps with his back pain.

Very nice!

Love this. My body does like shiatsu massage and this one does back and neck very well. You do have to move your body up or down a bit to reach high shoulders and really lower back (I'm 6 foot), but not a big deal. The remote is wonderful and the air pressure is a nice addition. The only wish is that if the neck massage is the only thing you want, the back massage cannot be turned off that I know of - no big deal for me but might be for some. I've had several other back and neck massager over the years and this is the best so far, short of spending several thousand on a dedicated chair. This one sits nicely on my sofa. Overall very pleased.

Great Massage Chair

I have had this massage chair for 6 months now, and it does a great job. I love how it not only massages your back, but also has a rolling feature, which is great for getting out knots as it works its way along your entire back. I also like the side features which hold you in place and ensure that you are centred on the massage chair. My only issue with the chair is that the neck massager portion started making a squeaking sound a few months ago, which can be annoying.

Easy-to-Use and Versatile Massage Pad

The massage pad is quite hefty and looks like it should be durable. The materials are all nice to the touch. The remote is easy to use so setup was a breeze. The back massager is strong so it provides a deep massage. The neck massager is a bit high, even for someone that is 5’9”. It would be nice if the entire headrest could be adjusted up and down like a car seat. Overall it’s a quality product for the price.
