Why can’t I add an item to my MyUS Shopping cart?
Sometimes, we cannot automatically add products from a store website to your MyUS Shopping cart. When this happens, the ‘Add to MyUS Cart’ button does not activate in the browser, returns an error when clicked, or does not load at all. If this happens to you, try using the MyUS Shopping Buying Assistant to manually add the item to your cart.

- Try less specific words, or other words that mean the same thing
- Limit your search to one or two words
